Made everything for my closing easy to understand. Glad we carefully reviewed each line item of charges cause PGW listed a $1,500 balance when there was No Balance due. Had to wait for it to be confirmed so that $ was held in escrow until it was shown as 0 balance.

Nina and the whole company as a whole were great. They were fast east to work with and best of had to answers I needed. I did a re fi through rocket and without there help it would have been brutal as rocket was slow to act where this company was on the ball. Thanks again for everything.
