I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance service provided. Rather than addressing the issues or finding proper solutions, the team seems focused on imposing service fees. I had requested a few changes to be made in the house, but none were addressed. Instead, I was given temporary or “easier” workarounds, which do not resolve the underlying problems.

I just came here to say that I have lived with Northcutt for a while now and I overheard something about their google reviews while in their office the other day. So I came to see for myself. People...I can almost without a doubt categorize the majority of these reviews as "disgruntled tenants" who probably just got mad they were charged for something THEY caused or were told there MIGHT be a charge. I have heard it too...but you know what? I READ MY LEASE and I am not an entitled BRAT or Foreigner (which is absolutely RAMPANT here in Auburn unfortunately) who doesn't know how to operate my appliances or understand that if I pour something down my drain or something gets lodged in my disposal, or if I clog up my toilet (the list goes on) that it is NOT NORTHCUTT REALTY'S RESPONSIBILITY to

My son lives at Lakeside Court and we have had a great experience. The apartment is located very close to campus so he can walk to his classes. Maintenance has been very responsive and the office staff has been very helpful. We plan on him staying until he graduates. I would definitely recommend.

Wish I could give them zero stars but that’s not possible. They’ll give any reason to charge you and the staff is super rude and unhelpful. If you can avoid the major headache of renting with them.
