Northaven Park Apartments

Man these apartments are a awesome Angie helped me out to get me in a two bed room from a one bedroom apartment. I was waiting for a while and she made it happen. She is freaking awesome.

We are truly blessed to have Crystal as our new property manager - she's been a great change for our community! It feel awesome to know that we can email and call her and actually get a response or be able to speak with her if I need to.. She has definitely been a breath of fresh air. Crystal has gone above and beyond to assist me multiple times, making every interaction a positive one. Jessica and Maria are also shining stars, providing us with wonderful help and support. Our has community has struck gold with this team and we are very grateful to have all 3 of you.

Lived there for almost 10 years and its been the worst’s. Please avoid looking in to that place its horrible. Most of The good reviews that they have are from people that actually live there, they offered a small reward to people for good reviews. The HEATER and A/C never work on time for when the people need them. Also, they never came and change my carpet after all the times i renewed. From 1 year to another the rent went up $400, they sale extra reserved spots so you will always have trouble finding parking spots in the evening. If you know someone that lives there, please ask about there experience before trying to move in.

I want to express gratitude for Gabrielas enthusiastic help. She is so amazing and answered all questions. This has been the most easiest process I've had in a long time. Totally recommend her, she has the knowledge to walk you through the process and assists in anyway possible. Thank you.

I am living here in this community since 5 year There is change in Managment recently have a good experience with new Managment Maintenance is very quick when something break down ,Marilyn, the manager, delivers impeccable service with warmth and kindness.
