Northampton Park Apartments and Townhomes

My family of 4 lived here for about 1.5 years. If you have a small family, it is the perfect amount of space for the price. The property is far enough away from the main road that you don't hear much traffic. The fields behind and in front of the property are perfect for the family dog and the kids to run and play. The landlords are very kind and hardworking people. We didn't have many issues with the unit, but when we did have one, it was fixed quickly. It is an older building with dated furnishings inside, but it is well cared for. It's still one of our favorite places we've lived in. Would highly recommend.

We are about to start our third year here. It's a great location, close to Aldi's and Wegmans and close enough to shopping. Its an older apartment and could use to some cosmetic upgrades but otherwise a nice place to live. the staff are super friendly and any time I've had an issue they are quick to come take a look/fix what ever is going on. Though in the two years ive only needed to call like 3 times.

I have lived here for 5 years. I would not consider the location as the "hood". It is located in the town of Gates and very convenient to grocery stores, convienence stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The office and maintenance staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The buildings are older but adaquately maintained. I reside in an apartment and do not feel that the rent is unreasonable considering that heat is included. The grounds are well maintained and the parking lots adaquately plowed. I am not aware of a pond anywhere on the property. I believe that review is incorrect.

I don't live here,but I stayed with my aunt for 3 1/2 weeks which was enough to see.Under maintained apartments,very dated, desperately need updating. Arrogant and irresponsible management ,the maintenance team is horrible ,and the rent is much to high for the poor quality of living. You can find better properties with more responsible management and maintenance in the hood.

I just wanted to say that this place is terrible I have been here for a few years and there was never any issues until the new maintenance people have arrived they drive through your lawn. they rip up your lawn they steal things from your lawn.plowing is horrible in the winter time. It does not seem that they clean the Little pond behind the houses or also there's garbage all the time in the fields or everywhere. Is very rude and inconsiderate of people's belonings.
