Staff member was very friendly and informative. Loved the viewing of the staged apartment. Cost is expensive to reside there and with the extra fees is a bit discouraging. Otherwise, it's a nice and potential place of abode.

Maintenance fixed my shower/tub, and it looks great. I really appreciate the attention to detail.
I work long hours, but I needed a small repair in my kitchen. With the convenience of the office being open until 5, I was able to put a work order in and 24 hrs later it was fixed. I’m pleased with the service and urgency at North willow provides.
