Was super excited to rent one of there homes they had on the market for 50 days, but I found out the hard why… there pet policy. They need way to much documentation, I understand every company has there own requirements but no wonder there homes have been listed for so long, same thing happened to my friend with this company.

Our family arranged to view 3 of the homes for rent in Estacada. We drove over an hour to get there and the first home they didn't bring a key for and didn't have a lock box on it. We did like a home on Sweetwater so after spending another hour touring , we told Megan we were going to apply. We asked a few questions about credit score as it's not listed on their criteria page, and she said she was 95% sure that if you have a bankruptcy it's an auto denial; regardless if it's been 6 yrs and the score is 700 with no lates since. We felt that was odd as it's not specifically listed on their site as a reason for denial. So she said she would check and get back to me. Didn't hear back so we applied anyway as it doesn't seem like that would be correct. No other rental company denies immediately

High rents, unprofessional refuses to give rental reference until you put in a notice. Charge you outrageous prices . Ad stated it included trash but it didn't. Also tried to say i left the place trashy but I didn't I paid someone $500 who spent 3 weeks deep cleaning it and they keep saying it's a mess but refuse to show pics of the so called meas a bunch of lies . Will take your security deposit and run. Beware!

North View Properties has been responsive with maintenance requests and respectful when they have needed to enter our unit for repairs. The yard is well maintained, and the new property is nice!

I was renting 1099 ne Regan hill loop estacada or 97023 for $2195 there is mold in the crawl space I couldn’t store my clothes in the closet for a year because of a suspicious musty odor that was coming from the access to the crawl space into the closet. The landlords failed to maintain the crawl space and I was not even aware that the home had one until I started getting sick every time I went into the closet where I realized the access to the moldy crawl space was. I moved out of the home and the landlords never remediated the mold they will claim they did but the house was up for rent even before I was fully moved out so there’s no way they remediated it. Also they charged me $425 for carpets I left clean and already shampooed before leaving when I ask for receipts for the carpet cleani
