I recently closed on two properties with this company at the second closing. I noticed the paperwork was not correct and pointed it out to Claudia and asked her to change it before the buyer got there. She did not do as I ask her to do and when I showed up after the holiday weekend to pick up my paperwork, it was incorrect. I asked her again to correct the paperwork to show the correct percentage amount. It’s been four days still Claudia has yet to change the paperwork because she pushed the deal through. After I asked her to change the paperwork, she had plenty of time before the buyer showed up to get the correct paperwork together she completely ignored what I told her and had zero regard for me as a client to fix the paperwork
