You can hear everything through the walls in this building. Literally everything. My neighbors are very nice people, but at night any noise makes it difficult for me to sleep. The Building Management don't do anything when you ask them to nicely. It's just like New York City apartments. I thought it would be so different, but no. The washing, & dryers should take more than just quoters as well. There is no lock on the maine entrance of the building which is not appropriate at all in my opinion. They give you one apartment key, & if you lose it you get charged up to fourty dollars. Ridiculous. I like The City of Batavia very much, & moved here specifically for Genesee Community College. This building could definitely be run a Lot better though. I like how close the travel is to the college

Landlord never returns phone calls and refused to deal with neighbors who physically threatened me and would smoke so much it caused the entire building to smell like smoke. She also increased the rent after living there for a year.

Management and maintenance have been awesome. Currently working on two bee issues hornets and wasps. They are on it and working to fix it

Maintenance service is the worst. Buildings are old structures with poor condition. Still very high rent with almost no facilities. Landlady does not respond on time and properly.
