I've been a Tenant here since July 2023. When I first moved here, I liked the area for convenience and affordability of the pricing. I recently received a lease renewal option since my lease is about to expire. Upon receiving lease renewal, a $80 increase is associated with renewal for up coming lease agreement? An increase for same apartment with no upgrades or changes. First off, Apartments look nothing like pictures posted on website. Apartments have old appliances and doors that need replacing instead of just getting painted over when people vacate. Apartments dont even have washers and dryers as other apartments would have for this rate. The walls are paper thin, where as you can here everything from your neighbors talking as if their sitting in your apartment talking to you. And i

My time here was great until my lease was not renewed because of financial hardships during covid and this past years job loss. I continued to pay my rent within the current month even though it was late. You would think after 2 years of residency that would mean something but i guess not. They will find a reason to not renew your lease to bring in new tenants at rate increase of 300 plus. Other than that it's a pretty quiet community not a bad place to live outside of them not having a washer and dryer.
