Great experience purchasing a new home from Holiday Builders. Tonya was great to work with and help me get great deal. Billy the Construction Manager was phenomenal, great communication and extremely knowledgeable. I am an out of state buyer and purchased a rental property. Billy made the new home orientation and inspection walk-throughs very easy.

It's been two years since purchasing our Holiday home and construction manager Billy Peacock is still always available to help with any issue or questions that come up after the house as built. He is friendly and professional always willing to assist with any questions or issues we may have.

Kristy was the showing Agent on a Home I purchased from Holiday Builders. She was outstanding to work with. From the very beginning, Kristy was available to answer all my questions - she was prompt and courteous throughout the process. She never failed to reply to me promptly, day or night, and was/is very involved along the entire process. I thank you very much Kristy for your patience and kindness in working with me. I'd give you a "10" but the scale only goes up to 5. :-)

From the moment I contacted Holiday builders , Carrie Taylor Was very attentive and always available to help, whether going to see available properties to giving me weekly update on the status on a new build. she always listened to any question or concerns i had. I never felt any pressure at any step along the way. she was very eager to present any offer I Had and her response time in dealing with anything was fast and reliable. if you're in the market for a New Home, I would highly recommend Carri to help you and guide you!.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Holiday Builders. From the moment we picked our floor plan to closing day, this team was helpful and never left us in the dark on anything. Our home is beautiful and we are so thankful for the team at HB! We highly recommend Holly, Scott and the rest of the team here in North Port! EDIT: I’ve lived in my home for two years now and the team at HB has still been amazing. We’ve needed some help from the warranty team and Philip has gone above and beyond for us.
