North Pointe Villas

I had a smooth and positive move-in experience at North Pointe Villas. The leasing staff were professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the application and move-in process, which made relocating much less stressful. Communication was clear, and everything was well organized from start to finish. The apartment was clean, move-in ready, and spacious, and the community feels quiet and family-friendly. Any small questions we had during the first few days were handled promptly, and the staff were easy to work with. Overall, North Pointe Villas made our transition to Lincoln easy and comfortable. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment and a smooth move-in experience.

The move out process was such a pain. They wouldn’t give me the official paperwork for moving until after the 60 day deadline then tried to make me pay full rent for the last month even though it was agreed I would leave the beginning of December. After playing tag with everyone in the office for several weeks, I was eventually able to get a prorated amount for December; but that apparently didn’t matter since they took out a much higher amount than what was discussed for my rent/utilities from my deposit. They refused to give me anything in writing, probably so there is no paper trail. I also got hit with insane cleaning fees that ate the entirety of my deposit even though I spent an entire day cleaning the place before I left. Maintenance was also annoying to deal with. I'm very happy with the apartment and the grounds surrounding it. Both are very clean and maintained well. The gift basket filled with treats and cleaning supplies was a nice touch. I spoke with a maintenance employee who urged me to report any problems that may occur. I moved from Northridge Heights to the villas and it is a huge upgrade. Looking forward to using the pools and the fitness centers that are available. So far, so good.

Where do I even start with this place. I lived here a few years ago with the old management and it wasn’t bad at all. I moved back here a little over a year ago with the new management and it’s severely gone downhill. Landscaping is always a mess, there’s holes in the ground all over from sprinkler access and whatever else that don’t get covered up and just get left open, one of the sprinkler access ports has been flooded and a swamp for as long as I’ve been here. They don’t take care of any of the mulching, flowers or anything anymore, they do bare minimum at this point which is mowing. Most good reviews I see are people who just moved here, but the horror usually starts when you’re trying to leave, which makes me nervous for my upcoming move this month, for how much of a mess the complex

We truly love it here! The neighbors are friendly and the team members here are kind and helpful and of course friendly too. There’s so much to do, between the pool, spa, game room, gym, fire pit, and just chillin outside.
