North Pointe Villas

So far North Pointe Villas has been my favorite place I’ve lived in Gainesville! It’s got a convenient location in terms of grocery shopping and outdoor activities. The apartments themselves are newly renovated and very cute cosmetically speaking! Very affordable, and a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

the minute i applied and viewed the apartment the management contacted me and helped me in every way to get in there! a lot of the apartments are newly renovated and look very nice! the price is very affordable. i couldn’t thank North Point enough for the generosity and help they gave to me! happy thanksgiving you guys!

Rent has gone up twice in two years which is unfortunate. They haven't sent an exterminator in a while so there have been bugs. Maintenance is always prompt, though. Area can be sketchy sometimes.

Management worked with me to make the move in process simple. The location is nice for anything I may need. Very quiet, and all my neighbors have been friendly and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nicely renovated apartment, reliable maintenance, convenient location. It could be a bit quieter, but overall a nice place for a reasonable price. Would recommend.
