North Pointe Apartments

I would have given a higher rating prior to beginning the move out process. I had a pre-move out inspection. Everyone should understand they will try to fleece you when you move out. I am being told that I am going to be charged to repaint these walls that look exactly like they did when I moved in because I am rarely in this place due to the nature of my job, and the fact that I travel to my home in another state for 3.5 days a week. They are saying the walls are “fair” condition. They painted them, so I guess they did a fair job. I just use this apartment to crash while in Vacaville. I never attached anything to the walls. I have one little piece of furniture. I have never invited anyone inside of the apartment outside of the maintenance people, yet I am hearing no questions asked you m

Love our new apartment and how spacious it is! There’s quite a bit of storage in comparison to most other apartments. There gals in the office are all sweet and a pleasure to work with during the whole move-in process! I would recommend looking at multiple units before deciding as they are a slight bit different in color of counter tops and some have carpet and some do not! Pick what works best for you! The property is well kept and peaceful..you will love it!

The apartment itself was nice enough but there isn’t enough space for what you pay. When I was there, the mail center was broken into and robbed and there were cars broken into. Ring cameras are forbidden in the lease but you should definitely get one. When I moved in, there was poop on my bathroom floor, all the doors and windows were unlocked and the key did not work. They also failed to give me a mailbox key and tried to charge me for one. Luckily my friend had provided me a picture of the keys they picked up but there was no apology from management when i showed them. Also when i moved out they tried to charge me $600 for scuffs on the wall. Wipeable scuffs from the furniture no actual damage . I ended up paying $400 but be aware, they will try to scam you.

My move in process was easy! I dealt with all 3 staff at the office and they were super nice with the move in process and very communicative. My apartment is gorgeous and everything was working properly prior to moving in and haven’t had any issues as of lately. It’s a huge step up from where I came from initially and truly am grateful for it all!

The apartments themselves arent so bad. Id say the problem is the garbage cans, dog poop, the front office, parking, and the luxer one package system. The garbage is always over flowing by the weekend. When I first moved in I thought maybe the dumpster closest to me was just the busiest so I drove around to different ones and it was a collective problem. They all were filled to the brim and then people just start throwing their garbage on the ground. I started to think it was funny at first so I would take pictures of it but the comedy wore off after awhile. The dog poop obviously isnt specifically the property but they dont really enforce the rules they just send out a mass email stating lease policies to everyone if theres ever a complaint instead of being direct.
