Living here has been such a great experience! The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully kept. Sabra is hands down the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. She’s friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She makes you feel valued as a resident, not just another tenant. Truly 10/10 management!

I have lived here since fall of 2024. There have been two management companies since my lease began. Maintenance requests have been delayed for weeks, even months, since day one. My front door has never had its electric key pad replaced, after MULTIPLE reports to the front office, which creates an obvious safety issue… my front door has needed its weather stripping replaced for months, also multiple reports filed and no one has come to fix it. The torn weather strip creates an easy way for small pests to come into my apartment. The entrance to my building constantly smells like urine due to other tenants letting their pets pee on the sidewalks or into the wood chips by the doors instead of taking their pets to the dog park or grass areas. Toured here last week and loved this property! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, great location and decent pricing. Not sure if I will be able to lease with them due to my work situation but thought they deserved recognition for their hard work!! New management is always hard for a community especially when previous management seemingly let a lot of things go downhill. I’ve had a similar experience with the apartments I’m currently leasing at but the manager Sabra seems to be doing a great job with this place! Would definitely recommend touring this place despite previous negative reviews.

I genuinely can’t say enough good things about our property manager, Sabra. She consistently goes above and beyond for every resident, and it shows in everything she does. Whether it’s answering questions, helping resolve an issue, or just making sure the community feels taken care of, she is always on top of it with professionalism and kindness. She’s attentive, responsive, and truly cares about the people who live here. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants everyone to feel at home. Having someone like her managing the property makes such a huge difference!! Absolutely 5 stars. Highly recommend!
