If i can give 0 start I will. Do not live here if you want unsupervised residents service because they never respond to the phone call and no physical service on site. When you need them they all disappear and email and text messages all not working when you have problem. The packages always always always will go missing in the mail room and even you file police report about stolen package they will say pleases contact carrier because they not going to deal with stolen packages. Also the apartment sucks the floor is not flat. The balcony sucks and you always hear neighbor moving around and the door closing will make the whole apartment shake. The rent will keep increasing every year so like first year is like 150 and then 200 and 300 and they just say it is market price which is not even

Update: Avoid this place. Management is a disaster. After being promised a clean unit, I found construction paint debris and powder throughout the kitchen cabinets—a clear health hazard for food storage. Manager **David** is completely unfit for his role; he brushed off my safety concerns by claiming the paint debris "isn't toxic." and lied again that he had unit cleaned by third party deep cleaning company. It is an utter embarrassment for an Irvine Company "luxury" property to suggest that eating off paint dust is acceptable. Only **Jasmine** made any honest attempt to help. However, despite their claims of a "deep clean," the apartment remains filthy and disgusting. They are delivering uninhabitable units and then gaslighting residents when we complain. Patrick on the maintenance team is the best! He has helped us with several maintenance requests while living here over 2 years, and was always professional, polite, and quick to fix any maintenance request. Carla is also great and very polite.

Great experience living here! Muhammad was incredibly helpful in fixing a recurring issue with my refrigerator. He was proactive, thorough, and made sure the problem was fully resolved. Really appreciate the quick response and professionalism. Highly recommend this community!

Here are just a few reasons why I would never recommend it: 1. Constant construction noise with no regard for residents. Since February, the pool right outside my unit has been under renovation. Every weekday morning at 8:30 AM, loud and intrusive construction noise begins. Even with noise-cancelling headphones and a blanket over my head, I can still hear it clearly.
