North One Apartments

Roaches infestation and a lot of plumbing issues. Was not informed before I moved into this apartment. Had to change my apartment 3 months into my lease and they take forever to resolve these issues. I moved in in July and even though they changed my apartment I am still dealing with plumbing issues. Even though water and electricity is included I don't think it is worth it to move into these apartments. The floor in my first apartment was coming up and water was leaking up under the wood. It was also emitting a sewer smell. The tub is constantly being clogged and sometimes my water in the shower won't turn on at all. I have plenty of pictures and videos of what I'm going through.

As a new current resident that is looking into braking my lease. I wish I would have known about the issues at this property before I moved in. There is a severe infestation of roaches and shortly before I moved in they previously had a rodent issue for years as well. Beware of renting from this property management or at this building.

Lovely historical building, very spacious Apts close to downtown.
