North Main at Steel Ranch

This is an incredible place to live! Austin, Andrea, Olivia, Juan, and the entire staff have gone out of their way at every turn! They’ve been beyond exceptional with move in, leases, and anything else I might need. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and kind! Any routine maintenance requests or other needs that have come up have been handled immediately. The grounds are well maintained. The complex is friendly and has a wonderful atmosphere. There are monthly social activities as well. I cannot recommended enough! Kudos to the staff for making this such a fabulous place to live!!!

This has been a great complex to live in. Been here for almost two years and have nothing but good things to say about the apartment, facility, and the Staff. Decent people from all walks of life live in this complex. Great heated pool heated in the winter, decent gym, no issue at all with parking, bus stop to down town Boulder right next door, and supermarket within walking distance. Louisville downtown also within 15 min walk. Pretty good option if you live in Boulder County.

I do NOT recommend renting from this complex. If you do, make sure you get everything in writing. The information provided by the front office staff was incorrect and inconsistent. I asked multiple times for move-out instructions, but all I received were vague cleaning guidelines and expectations. I followed those instructions, yet after moving out, I was charged additional fees. When I raised the issue, the office staff denied giving me these instructions, the manager backed them up, and when I questioned the lack of communication and misinformation, I was told, “it is what it is.”

EDITED: The staff can't control what corporate wants, but->Fees fees fees--lease amount IS NOT the monthly amount--add MORE to what "the number" is. CA mgmt/owner FPI..look them up... Things you can't know unless you move in because you won't necessary see/hear-shared wall neighbor noise😬poor construction, poor lighting, appliances should have been replaced every 2yrs (my dishwasher doesn't clean, washer stops randomly, dryer has a hard time starting and staying on). The website advertised they had yoga classes-upon my first wk I inquired, just "No"... The upstairs lounge large screen TV has been BROKEN for 5 months and repeatedly told "I'll let someone know". You're not allowed to have many people in the lounge/kitchen - told max of 10. I reiterate that water pressure is so low your bath

In an apartment after a decade of single-family living, we have been pleasantly surprised. We've been delighted with the weekly get-togethers. The maintenance staff created an amazing pinata for Halloween, the paint-and-sip events have been fun, and the dinners and other activities have been varied and family-friendly. Our elementary-age kids are loving the pool during the cold months just as much as mid-July. Great to have a friendly and responsive office staff. The location is ideal--downtown walking access and lots of trails nearby. The rent is worth it if you participate in the community events and enjoy the amenities.
