North Hills at Town Center

My husband and I recently toured this apartment community at North Hills, and we were so impressed — not only with the property itself but especially with Kristina from the leasing office. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to answer all of our questions, gave us a detailed tour, and really made us feel at home. Kristina’s kindness and genuine enthusiasm made our decision so much easier. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do and cares about helping people find the right home — but that’s exactly who she is. Because of her, we felt confident and excited to choose this community. If you’re looking for a place in the North Hills area, definitely reach out to Kristina — she’s the best!

⭐ 1/5 — Worst place I’ve ever lived Moving to this place was the worst mistake of my life. From the very beginning, I’ve had nothing but problems. First and most serious — I was supposed to have signed a 14-month lease, but now (10 months later) I’m being told I only signed a 12-month contract and have two months to move out. When I first moved in, the apartment was in terrible condition: the oven was filthy, the balcony was dirty and stained, the light switches didn’t work properly, the walls weren’t painted, and there were issues with the drains and locks. I reported everything, and it took them two months to “fix” it — which basically meant putting some stucco around the lock (which still doesn’t close properly) and replacing the light switches (which still short out randomly). I had

steer clear of this complex. Lived here for 7 months and could not move out fast enough. There is a well established cockroach problem management is aware of but cannot control. The walls are thin and crack, the community is very sketchy and if it wasn’t for my dog I would not feel very safe living there as a young woman. It was way over priced for the consistently unsanitary state of the community. The dog park is extremely run down and there is trash everywhere, personally made my dog sick. Beware and choose any other place. Note: management had been the same through out my time there, they will talk you in circles and not resolve much & you will have to stay on top of things to get anything done.

The tenants that North Hills at Town Center are not the but tenants, I have seen since I been here , personal garbage thrown out in the parking lot, tenants having loud party in the parking lot. The gates that should be locked nightly have not worked consistently for two years. People that don't life here are on the property. There are tenants with people living in there apartment that's not on there lease and the property managers don't care. So be very careful.

INFESTED with roaches. The apt i had was on the 2nd floor. 1 bedroom. Very nice i must say but day 1 i noticed a roach. It got so bad that i had to buy roach traps to show how BAD it was. Almost everyday it was not 1 but multiple roaches. The place was spic and span everyday! It got so bad i couldn't even leave my dog bowls out empty at night because it will be some hiding in there. 0/10 recommend. They will have people come "spray"'but it is definitely a building issue.
