Management is top tier!! Both Mr. David and Mrs. Sherry are wonderful. The apartment complex is wonderful maintenance is great! I’ve recently moved and everyday I say how I miss this place that’s how great my experience was❤️ I don’t know Mr. David and Mrs. Sherry maybe seeing me again😂🤣..

Management and maintenance is top tier! The complex is well kept! PARENTS IF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOUR KIDS ARE KIDS, therefore inexperienced. Please teach them safety. I’M GOING TO DO MY PART, BUT MAKE SURE AS A PARENT YOU HAVE AN EYE ON YOUR KID(S) BECAUSE IF ONE OF THEM GET HIT FOR FLYING OUT INTO THE ROAD ON A BIKE OR A HOOVER BOARD, IT’S GOING TO BE A SAD DAY FOR THE WHOLE COMMUNITY. MOST THINGS ARE AVOIDABLE IF WE ARE WORKING TOGETHER IN ORDER TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS. In these unprecedented times, strangers and all are coming into our neighborhoods so make sure you KNOW where your little one is cuz I got kids on camera ducking off together KISSING and doing “unchild-like” things. Overall great apartment homes. Some of the neighbors are loud, nasty and rude. But other than that the new management staff are nice and the maintenance guys are awesome.

I’m a owner of small cleaning business hired to do one job that turn around to be asked to signed and pay to be vendor. I completed both task yet still have not received pay from the job in October. My calls, text and emails have been ignored over 30 times by the property manager that hired me. I have requested a refund for the vendors application and money for our last minute services that we completed . I have went to the location to have a face to face all to be lied to again that payment will be sent . This is not how you conduct business and it’s time to hire professional people in your establishment before some lawsuits get dropped on you all

My experience here so far so good no complaints nice amenities great staff and very helpful. It can be loud sometimes at night but that's normal I guess my apartment is always clean so I don't see bugs infestation. This is a great Apartment complex
