We rented Madison-Paradis in Dahlonega and it was a five star property! The house was amazing with access to a light flowing river and plenty of parking. My family enjoyed the long weekend for a family destination wedding. It was perfect! The host was very responsive and easy to work with!

The Porter Retreat Cabin – Dahlonega, GA We had the pleasure of staying at The Porter Retreat Cabin for a weekend this month, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. I travel quite a bit, and I have never stayed at a rental property that was this clean—top to bottom, including the baseboards! The cabin is beautifully maintained, fully equipped, and exactly as pictured. The photos and description truly match what you experience in person, which is always refreshing. From the moment you walk in, the stunning glass-featured living space and open concept design immediately capture your attention. The thoughtful décor and attention to detail make it feel both modern and cozy. The chef-style kitchen, sleek bathrooms, and the private hot tub were all highlights and made our stay

We loved the house, it was such a relaxing place! Spare bed was uncomfortable and the couch wasn’t very comfortable but other than that it was a beautiful home. Would stay again

I want to be mindful of what I say and how I say this, I do not wish to have a mean or ugly spirit in any way, but I also feel a warning must be given to help other pastors or youth pastors be sure and not experience what just happened to us. We booked a cabin for the winter meeting in Cleveland Ga that I have been taking young people to for about 8 to 10 years now, the host Pastor had to cancel the meeting due to inclement weather, roads conditions, power outages, as well as an elevated threat of more inclement weather moving in for the time of the meeting, I say praise the Lord for a man of God with the compassion and desernment to make such a tough decision and to keep all of us and our precious young people at the very front of his decision making, that being said we then had to cancel

Awesome stay at this super secluded cabin! Beautifully decorated and appointed with just about anything you could possibly need. Listen to the creek from the huge wraparound deck. Hike down to the creek about 150 yards from the cabin. The forest and creek is just absolutely gorgeous. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!
