The people working in the office and the contractors in the building are extremely unprofessional you get no notice to people working in your windows and on your balconies. I came out of the shower with the window cracked and my curtain cracked and I could see someone directly staring at me. I told them the office didn't notify us and it was very unprofessional yet the next day a gentleman actually jumped on my balcony hanging from the roof saying he had to do work. Keep in mind not one notice are being sent yet money is being paid for workers who are barely doing their job. They tell us to trust them yet they are treating us awfully. An awful job was done at this building with the remodeling The outside may look nice The inside the basement the walls have not been painted We literally are now infested with rats and mice It has never ever been this bad. Construction has left so many huge holes open our animals are getting stuck behind the wall they are falling through floors into other people's apartments and having to be saved because of the big safety risk that construction left by leaving these holes open and not covering them properly yet millions of dollars was paid for this renovation. This poor cat fell four stories down behind a wall she had a cut on her nose she had to cut on her head she was scared and hungry One of the tenants called me for backup because they know people in the office people and maintenance

Horrible my bathroom cieling FELL, after we told thrm we had a leak in the cieling, black mold and mushrooms started growing, our bathroom floor was constantly flooded. We let management know about this many times yet it took them FOUR WEEKS UNTIL THEY PUT US IN A TEMP UNIT TO EVEN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Security is constantly either sleep on the job, in the back where they are not supposed to be at or cursing at the tenants for no reason. Workers ransacked through our apt and went through our things. Lasty a horrible mice problem THEY WOTN FIX Edit: they are doing illegal things such as not giving tenants notice when they will be entering the apartment. We use to call it New Jack City building because it was nasty they fixing it up looking nice painted no more roaches it's nice now

Don't expect a clean front parking lot or sidewalk for w of 3 days after it snows
