North Forest Apartments

Coming from renting from large apartment management companies who didn't care if you stayed or left and raised your rent every single year - Mark is a breath of fresh air as a landlord. I lived at North Forest Apts for 7 years from 2015 to 2022 and only moved since I was moving out of the area. His rental prices are incredibly fair for the space and cleanliness of the units and he only changes your rent with appropriate notice when he absolutely has to. As a single woman at the time, I always felt safe in my apartment and knew Mark would handle any issues I had. Thank you Mark and fam.

It was a pleasure living here. Mark is a great landlord and is quick to address any issues. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood is very safe. People walk up and down the road throughout the day. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby on Merrimon Ave. I think it was the best of both worlds - near popular spots but still in a quiet area.

My husband and I lived in one of these apartments for just over six years. We cannot recommend it enough! The price is the most reasonable price you can find in the Asheville area. The landlord takes great care of the property and treats the tenants with respect. We started our family here and loved every minute being here!

Wondefull apts in Ashville! Very quite n very much in accord with Wildlife n natural surroundings! I truly enjoyed my four years there! Mark ls responsive and keeps a well maintained property! I hate To leave. Soooo quite n private!

These are the most affordable in the area and are very nice, clean and safe. Mark is fair and friendly. It has been a great apartment.
