Going to give this review anonymously because I am fearful of the property management team here. I can say that the other negative reviews here are very truthful. I have been living here for a couple of years and moving out has to be the best decision I made. You can find better else where. The management is what makes this apartment unlivable. 1. The management team here is made up of Hailey Johnson (leasing agent) and Fernando B. (Property manager) They both are extremely rude and take advantage of there tenants. Fernando yells at his tenants and is extremely complicated to work with. He is friendly at first but that doesn’t last long. He is also rarely in his office. 1.Fernando is a scary person to work with. When he yells he is extremely aggressive and under no circumstances should
I've got very mixed feelings about my time here. I rented here sometime in the last two years. There are three things in particular which ensure I do not recommend this place: 1) The noise. Holy cow. We got one of the "quiet", apartments (we were told by the employees) with "triple pane glass". The chronic stress that you accrue here from the nonstop I-5 traffic is real and so hard to deal with. Never in my life (living on sailboats, traveling on trains, etc) have i had to wear earplugs at night. I am not particularly sensitive to noise, and this was nuts. If you only know life next to a highway in a city, are deaf, and do not go into nature frequently, I could believe that the noise would not bother you. I'm no flowy granola person, but I can say with certainty that the stress and pollu
I moved here right before coronavirus hit, and it ended up being a nice place to self-quarantine. Most of the reviews I've seen don't reflect the experience I had, so I wanted to share mine with both pros and cons. The units are quite big for the price, so I never felt too cooped up when I was stuck in there for days at a time. Spacious balcony (mine overlooked the courtyard) and tons of storage in the living areas and kitchen cabinets. It's right on I-5 (which is great for commutes but I bet wasn't great for anyone living on that side of the building) and still feels well-monitored/safe with cameras in the garage, mail room, elevators, etc. The staff was super kind (Haley is the best!) and always gave notice of any repairs or issues. Utilities were a pretty low flat rate and covered park
Great experience living there. We lived there for 4 years and every time we had an issue, the management helped us right away! Fernando was great to us and very friendly! The hallways were cleaned almost weekly. Our place was very clean so the deposit was returned fully and right away! If you are a good tenant, you’ll be treated very nicely I believe, so don’t believe all negative reviews here.
Northcourt is a quiet little community tucked away. I have never had a neighbor be loud or obnoxious, everyone is very good at social distancing, and the unit itself is very nice for the price. I love the extra storage (seriously tons of it) and the option for renting a W/D. The laundry room is actually pretty nice as well! There are many access points, making it easy to get to your car (the parking lot is also a nice feature). The leasing agent Hailey is literally the best. I have never had a problem with maintenance (they fix things promptly) and the staff is overall pleasant. They have a nice little lawn that gets lots of sunlight during the daytime and is perfect for laying out in the summer or (perfect for me) laying out my camping equipment to dry after a weekend away. It's a great l
