Loved my little studio in midtown. North Coast United were professional and made things easy for their tenants. Polina, made move in and move out seamless and always addressed any issue I had. Polina, also was incredibly sweet and caring when i lost my dog of over 12yrs, with flowers and card. She had only met my dog once, Ill never forgot her kind words. Clean, quiet unit and building with the added safety door at front of building made me feel safer. Within walking distance from tons of resturants and bars.

We stayed at Capital Lanai Apartments off G street. We loved the area and it is really close by to central midtown and downtown areas. Shoutout to Polina and Hector for making our stay pleasant! Any work orders I needed to be addressed, were addressed with no lack of communication and were resolved promptly. I recommend checking out the community if you like to be in close proximity to central locations in Midtown and Downtown Sacramento.

Management was AMAZING!! Very quick to requests and maintenance repairs. Rent was paid through app, very easy to use, w/ email reminders. Pet friendly 💯Best landlord ever🫶🏻 Thank you Polina!! Great experience.

North Coast United has been great to work with! From the moment I moved in Cristina was very welcoming and accommodating. When I had any sort of maintenance request, Hector was extremely efficient, thorough, and explained everything. The app made paying rent and submitting maintenance requests incredibly easy.

I lived at 1310 G Street for one year and it was a lovely experience! Polina was responsive to every concern, no matter how minor and Hector quickly responded the one time I had an urgent maintenance need. The property is so thoughtfully maintained, I'd have stayed longer if I didn't need more square footage.
