North Avenue Apartments

Two years ago, these apartments were in shambles! The new manager, although some tenants may not like her I think she’s doing a great job! She cleaned out the bull crap all the kid gangs, Out of here! Parents were not supervising their children sending them outside. They don’t know what they’re doing out here! They have no idea that they’re knocking on tenants door and running, disturbing their peace running a muck! And then have the nerve to get offended when you tell their kids to stay away from your door. Maybe you should watch your own kids. The neighborhood is not responsible for making sure your kids are not being a menace to the community. But I wanna say that Miss Annette has put an end to the BS around here. This place is disgusting , so don’t rent from here. Low income for a reason ! Not worth it ! Trash everywhere , on stair case , parking lot , & grass area. The kids are constantly trashing it and parents are never outside to watch their kids which is why it’s trashy and ran by kids. Can’t even barley drive though the parking lot without kids standing in the way and starring at you and not moving out the way. We have to swerve around them ! One time they threw a ball while i was driving and it hit my windshield & cracked it so be careful & do not underestimate these kids . I also heard the manager Annette walking outside during the day talking about power washing the apartments & then proceeded to say “we got to power wash some of these tenants too “ Little did she know i had my window

Really wish the office would answer the phone for once ! Having health issues with a tumor it’s frustrating and difficult for me to go down 4 flights of stairs while i’m trying to heal . I call the office back to back for days, with no pick up. When i do knock on office door nobody answers it . It’s always closed . The only worker i ever see around here is the maintenance guy ! This apartment has got to get it together for its residents. If i need to get ahold of a manager , i should be able to. They do not respond to voicemails or emails either. Bring stephanie back . Atleast she had this place in check. The manager Annette is awesome and friendly, she always answers my questions and helps me when I have any issues. James the maintenance technician is on top of things at the property great team.Definitely recommend this property.
