North and Line Apartments

I have lived in this building since 2019, and it has only continued to get better over the years—and that is entirely thanks to the incredible staff. The office team—Leslie, Stacie, and Neta—consistently go above and beyond to help with any issue, big or small. Leslie’s leadership truly sets the tone for the community, and it’s the first time I’ve lived somewhere where it genuinely feels like the staff care about the residents. When my beloved frenchie Piper Rae passed, they gave me a custom heart stone with her name on it and the most beautiful bracelet. I was so touched by this gesture and it just reminded me why I live here. Additionally, John Frank, and Amy (our amazing community event planners), have introduced new community events and elevated longtime favorites like the summer

Best spot in Midtown periodt! The leasing office was very helpful and made the whole process a breeze from signing to move-in day. N&L is close to everything with a designated entrance to the beltline. The building and all it’s amenities are top notch quality. My one bedroom apt is a modern day bachelor pad 😎. I’m 100% satisfied and I highly recommend!

It’s been six months since we moved out and my husband and I still talk about how happy we are not to live at N&L anymore. We had a lot of issues: thin walls, cabinets that easily fell apart, unstoppable mold in the showers, elevators down regularly, frequent fire alarms, and lots of extra fees on top of the base rent. But our main issue was sharing a wall with a five-story metal trash chute. When large objects were dropped in there, it shook the apartment and sounded like a bomb going off. It was torture. This was constant throughout the day and often woke us up too. The worst was every night during trash valet and we’d try to be out of the apartment during it. I can’t believe we lived like that for $3K+ a month all because we couldn’t see the apartment before signing the lease. Leslie

I’ve been here for about 4 months. My experience has been really great so far. The team is very responsive despite the alarms going off, management was very detailed and quick with the solution. For this building to have been built in 2019 it is well maintained. The parking change was stressful at first but i understand why that change was made and the parking team has been nothing but helpful.

I had an earlier 5 star review but removed it it’s currently 1 am the fire alarm has been going for 1.5 hours and has gone off multiple times in a few short days. This has happened no less than 6 times in the last 2 years. The elevators are constantly down as well. Given the price you pay in rent this should not be happening and is a safety hazard. Do not live here at all costs UPDATE: It is now a week later and the alarm is going off again....
