Norpoint Landing Apartments

Went to visit and the neighbors are terribly loud. You can literally hear the music word for word from coming from the 2nd floor unit and down the steps in the parking lot. Sounded like a concert. UPDATE: MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING TO UNAUTHORIZED CARS FROM PARKING IN PAID PARKING SPOTS.

Norpoint Landing is a great place to live. The new manager is so welcoming and helpful! It is nice to know that there is finally someone available for any assistance, whether it's being an email or walking into the office. I never had such a focused, organized and a caring hearted manager as Gabe Adams. He is a big professional in all areas of property management. The maintenance man takes care of all of our requests in a timely manner, Mike is amazing and very helpful. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. They look exactly like the pictures on the website. The sound insulation is very good. There is no noise you can hear from the neighbors. Everyone here is friendly. Enjoyed living here and will be moving out with good memories.

This is our second year living here and we feel at home. We have lived in other apartments before but have never felt like they were places we would like to stay for longer than a year. Management has always been helpful. When we first moved in Mark was the manager and he was great. Now Gabe has taken over as manager and we also think he is doing a great job. Anytime there has been any small disturbance Gabe has been on the job to make sure that the apartments inside and out stay clean and continue to be a pleasant place to live. I have had nothing to complain about because things get dealt with before they become a problem. The maintenance manager Mike has been great. He comes and gets the job done with a smile on his face. My husband and I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far we are loving it here! The layout and interior is very nice and modern. As someone who is in the kitchen a lot, I love the amount of counter space, cabinet/storage, and just the whole kitchen overall. The ceilings are very tall, making the apartment feel and look much bigger. We live in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and at first we were a little worried about storage as there are no garages but the storage closet on the balcony actually has plenty of space! The noise from the street of all the cars passing by is definitely not for everyone but we don’t mind it at all. Something I would love to have here is a gate, that way it feels a little more secure and not as open to where anyone can enter the parking lot. Otherwise it’s been

This apartment complex by far has been my favorite. I stayed in the studio apartment and compared to other studio apartments I have resided in, the kitchen has the best counter and cabinet space, a pantry that gives a lot of storage, and the bathroom is a great space as well!! Any issues I have had, Dustin, the property manager makes sure that it is taken care of. The car parking was an issue at first but once they created reserved parking, I jumped at the opportunity.The location is great. You can get to Tacoma, Puyallup, Auburn, Federal Way pretty quickly. My only complaint was my upstairs neighbor was pretty noisy at times but other than that it stays pretty quiet and clean. The neighborhood is pretty safe. I never felt uneasy to take my trash out at night or walk to the corner store.
