I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this apartment. The property is well-maintained, clean, and located in a convenient area with easy access to all essential facilities. The management team is professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any concerns. The environment is peaceful and safe, making it an ideal place for comfortable living. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and functionality. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to stay here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed living space.And then there is play area which helps our child to play in gojd environment. Don’t recommend this apartments. They lock you out in that first week of rent even though you talked to them about payment arrangements and if you forget to talk to them the ladies will come to your door and knock like they the police asking for rent money. Embarrassing you when life is already hard! (called the precinct and said locking u out is illegal to do since they don’t have no court paperwork.) Also u can hear neighbors thru these walls. All these new reviews are fake!! We also don’t have water most of the times and it last for 3-4 days when water goes out. There’s roaches and bed bugs in these apartments. Pool is open for 2mths supposedly they are always fixing it during summer. U can’t have loud music or even smoke regular cigarettes without them putting a citation on you. U bett

695 Normandy Woods office staff are very kind, helpful,professional and responsive. Exhibits a very positive and welcoming attitude. Always willing to work with residents to find a fair solution. They always have time listen and to help,whenever we have any issues or concern they always give us the time.they respond quick with repairs and resolutions to solve them in the most expeditious ways.

I’ve been here since July and it’s been a great and peaceful place to leave in. Look for Cecia, the manager, she’s really helpful to get you in. Plus maintenance staff are quick to take care of any issues in your apartment. Great neighbors too!!
