Five months later and I’m still going back and forth over my yard that was addressed during my walk-through. Builder says HOA. HOA says builder. Meanwhile, nothing has been fixed. Just patchy grass and mud. Accountability shouldn’t be this hard.

Dave did an amazing job of walking us through the home buying process for my customer and myself. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond and I loved the fact that he communicated every step. Max was also a tremendous help when Dave was off and also if we needed anything he was very helpful. My experience with Centex was very pleasant and stress free. I will be referring other agents.

What I don’t understand is why these townhomes, from different builders all look the same. Jacksonville already has so many townhomes, this build was not necessary. Then you build on the highway, this is an accident prone area. Definitely not safe for children. Horrible location to keep building on. I wish builders would take in consideration of the location and the impact it will have when they build, instead of just thinking money.
