Normandy Cove Apartments

Living at Normandy is WONDERFUL!! Pleasant. beautiful view grassy area, Nice Pool, GREAT neighborly neighbors. I LOVE living here. Very clean as well. Dyan, Erloeix and the gentleman that picks up the trash. Management is very helpful and attentive. Claudio Molina is wonderful and very responsive to tenants needs and requests.

Also, the dirt in front of the entrance, which people smear with their shoes around the pool, creates unsanitary conditions. And the office doesn't care. Welcome! It's a shame you can only leave one review, otherwise I would tell everyone what's going on here.

I would like to sincerely thank María for her support throughout the entire process of moving into the apartment at Normandy Cove. She was extremely professional, proactive, and always responsive, paying close attention to every detail and question. The process was impeccable from start to finish, and I felt fully supported the whole way through. I’m truly very happy with how everything was handled. Thank you so much, María!

They charged me a fee even when I cleaned the apt, so don't even try to return the apt clean, it is not worth it. I bought insurance using the link they provided and they charge me a fee anyways. A total scam. I can't get anyone on the phone. Worst customer support ever. The apartments are small and overpriced. Also the building is falling apart. The gate and elevator won't work correctly. When it rains the whole place gets flooded, you can lose your car. I do not recommend this place. In fact, I recommend you stay away. Attached are some pics of the building.
