My recent experience with Shelby Sonnenberg was extremely disappointing. The level of customer service I received was unprofessional and discourteous. If this is considered acceptable conduct, it reflects poorly on the management. It’s surprising to learn she has been in the role of customer service management for 15 years, given the lack of care and respect shown toward customers.

This was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve encountered. Shelby Sonnenberg should not be representing this company in a customer-facing role, as her conduct was unprofessional and dismissive, at best. Additional training in customer relations would be strongly recommended. I hope this feedback helps others avoid a similar experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Well, Norcom has been very irresponsible about how they handle tax disbursements. Something I’ve been dealing with ever since I bought my house. They’ve always been late paying taxes and even trying to fix the issues it’s taken such a lengthy time. Customer service has been great with trying to handle my issues, and others with the same issue. But clearly Norcom as a mortgage company has lost my trust with their lack of transparency and accountability to do what they are responsible for. Currently, I’m unable to be pointed in the right direction to get answers and move forward. For anyone buying a home or mortgage officers do not work with Norcom. If anyone at Norcom sees this. Contact me.

They’re a lie. Call the insurance companies yourself and get quotes yourself. They lie and tell you that there is no better opinion besides Plymouth Rock. They been telling me this for years. My insurance went up $1500 (no causes, no claims ever) this year. Norcom rep Eileen L has been telling me for years that there is no better quotes from anyone else. I called 2 insurance companies myself learned that Eileen has giving me false information. My insurance is now down 1,300 with my new carrier I called myself. It’s really messed up because the rep is suppose to be helping you find better options and working your policy out to fit what you need and can afford as best as possible. The representative Eileen sounds so genuine and kind but told me all false information that could have effecte

Norcom did not come through with the best rates for my original mortgage quote, but they were very responsive and helpful in understanding some of the details. They matched an alternate supplier's rate originally and I chose them to go through the process. However, in the long term before closing, they had issues allowing lower rates from that other competitor (stating that I needed to get a full application submitted through which would affect my credit score which I wanted to avoid), even though we weren't under the rate lock terms yet. They had even misquoted a rate (for lower than it actually was) without realizing it and they would not honor the misquoted rate at their expense. Once the mortgage was fully locked in, they sold it to a different mortgage lender in the first two weeks of
