Not professional. Do not recommend them as a rental company. We brought our paper application and money order to a Remax office, as told. However, 20 minutes later, our first choice application was accepted. We immediately called to ask for our application and deposit back. No answer. It should have been returned as a professional courtesy. You never even ran our credit.

Not very professional or knowledgeable regarding disabled folx with service animal and assistance animals. The open house for rent shown was dirty upon showing and upon stating we had such assistance animals, was smug and downright rude to us while trying to basically tell us she won’t take the animals just because they’re “a good dog”. Not at all how that works, especially for someone with a disability, using a cane. Spoke with Fair Housing/ HUD regarding this interaction. I warn others to stay away, especially disabled folx.

Got back to me right away and was very helpful.
