NORA

I lived here for over 3 years and overall it was a good experience. I loved how quiet the building felt, I loved the staff, and the maintenance was impeccable! I enjoyed the location and the feeling of having great security within the building. Super grateful for the NORA team for being helpful in closing this chapter with great communication and support. We decided to move however, because the rent kept hiking every year and for what we were paying for really wasn’t all that special. I wish we had gotten newer appliances, cheaper rent, or a remodel/upgrade that most units got. We were hoping to have stayed at NORA a bit longer but didn’t enjoy the feeling of being left behind in their renovations while still having to pay more. Just moved in and so far it's been an amazing 2 weeks. Great being a few miles from the center of downtown Orlando. I can ride my scooter to the bars and come back to a quiet apartment. The amenities are amazing the attached retail to the building are amazing having a restaurant and beignets to get food quickly in the morning makes work commute so much quicker. The maintenance staff is very quickly to respond to any work order you put in and they are very friendly. The office staff is always there to answer even the most simple request. So far really love living here at Nora really feels like home.

Overall, NORA is a great community and I have been very satisfied with my time here. The location is fantastic, with many great restaurants, bars and other amenities just a short drive away. The staff is very friendly, and maintenance requests are addressed very promptly. You can tell the building itself was built well, as I almost never hear my neighbors above or to the sides of me. The windows are thick and my cooling costs are low. My only complaints which are minor include that the garage could be cleaned more often. They also removed my favorite amenity which was the free hot coffee bar. :( Overall, I would recommend this property to any of my friends or family who were looking in the Downtown Orlando area.

I’ve had a great experience living at Nora. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the location in Orlando is super convenient for getting around the city. The apartments are spacious with nice finishes, and I really appreciate the natural light and thoughtful layouts. Management and maintenance have been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a big difference day to day. The amenities are well kept and add a lot of value, and the overall community feels safe and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend Nora to anyone looking for a quality apartment living experience in Orlando.

Location is amazing. Close to all bars, restaurants, stations, shops etc but not too close where you feel you can't get away from all the noise of busy areas. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Nora also has an amazing gym. There is a small convenience store for residents which is very helpfull when you get home late and have forgotten the essentials. So far it's been the best 3 months I've had in any apartment building.
