one of the worst experiences ever dealing with maintenance is like pulling teeth! My fridge broke down TWO times and they tried to say it was my fault cause I left it open BS a fridge would not break down like that now it’s broken again not getting cold what’s yall excuse now ? Cause it’s been closed since I got this one they told me I had to wait 2 whole days for a new one I pay 1400 to yall for my things to not work ? Yall telling me I couldn’t give me a new fridge out of an empty apartment until I gotten a new one! I pay my rent on time I expect my stuff to be fixed correctly the first time! There are people in the pool until 1-2 am. The photo of people in the pool was taken July 11th at 11:47 pm. Screaming and music with no regard to other residents. The office has been aware. All they say is we are working on it and getting an attendant. Did they not know when the pool was to open and had rules and attendant in place. 6 weeks til pool closes and their working on it. The East hallway stays filthy. there was a woman who used her own supplies to clean the hallway. Again the office knows. They were working on a contract. Waiting on corporate. Again you didn't know residents were moving into second building? There no playground but a dog area. 🤔 The outside trash can overflows especially on Fridays. I’ve lived here over a year. The star is a nod to the maintenance team, who are consistently polite, efficient, and do excellent work. The apartment itself is great, and inspections are handled properly. Parking spaces are very small, as other reviewers have noted. Unfortunately, management and office communication have been extremely disappointing. Calls and emails often go unanswered, explanations change from week to week, and there is little follow-up or effort to resolve ongoing issues, apparently. Very poor customer service that seems to be tolerated by ownership. RentCafe appears to contribute to these problems, though that is my personal opinion only. Current resident here, parking spaces are to close, cars being towed for having out of state plates, there is a woman who lives in the club room rent free. I'm assuming she's homeless but she has friends and family over and sleeps in there almost every night. The residents can't even use the club room because she is in there walking around in her pajamas. I have tried calling the office but I can't get in touch with anyone. I get off after the office is closed so I'm just out of luck. It's just unfair we all have pay our rent on time and have to deal with this

Current tenant, last night someone was shot out here. I already felt unsafe out here at night now I'm terrified. Also the management is posting notes on our doors about leaving trash outside of the dumpster. We will now be fined $50 per bag if we are caught leaving trash outside the dumpster. I have a question, If the dumpster is full and trash cant fit inside where are we supposed to put it? When you try to talk to someone no one is in the office. The towing company is horrible and towing cars unlawfully I feel we need a new manager at this apartment complex.. It's bad out here. Send help!!!
