Nona Park Village Apartments

I'm really not sure what to say. While the location and layout of my apartment is fantastic I've just experienced possibly the worst customer service of my life. I have consistently paid my rent online and on time and I'm moving out because I've had a job change and can't continue to commute. I gave the standard 60 day notice and wasn't given a copy of my paperwork, so I followed up with a second notice by email for confirmation. In spite of me doing all of this I've still been charged my full month's rent for the next two weeks. Apparently this is just the process, and when I logged in to pay my rent today I was charged several hundred dollars more than I owe and was told that I need to go get a money order and come to the office to pay my last month's rent. I was very hopeful moving into these apartments as they were advertised as luxury apartments. I was very disappointed. The workers in the office only made things worse. Horrible communication, and attitudes. I’ve had mold, constant fridge leaking, washer leaking, disgusting hallways and trash service. They will find any reason to charge you once you move…even if it’s to another apartment in the complex. I don’t recommend this property to anyone but if you must… Take lots of pictures and keep documentation.!!!!

The apartments themselves are beautiful: spacious, modern, and located in a great area. I truly wanted to make Nona Park Village my future home. Unfortunately, the management team will make you regret even trying. I worked with Malari and Alyssa throughout the application process, but I constantly had to follow up just to get basic information. It felt like they had no interest in helping me, even after I told them how interested I was in the apartment. I was denied the same day I applied and paid $180, without being given the opportunity to fix anything, even though the issue was minor and only related to one applicant. The same unit was relisted immediately, even though they advertise the apartment will be on hold for 3 days. The move-in date I was originally quoted also disappeared ov

So far in my first week, I’ve had all my requests met with pleasant answers and assistance. All employees of this residence are extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this site, as I’ve been treated very well. Site is beautiful to walk around, pool is amazing, there’s a lot of parking. Nothing to complain about in the first week. Time will only tell, but as of now this is like a vacation and a home all in one.

COMPLAINT NOT ABOUT ONSITE PROPERTY STAFF OR MAINTENANCE BUT THE CALL CENTER WHEN OUTSIDE OF HOURS Hope your AC doesn’t go out on a hot day! Because you are SOL! They will wait all day even if you call at 10am. Then finally get back to you 9 hours later after telling you someone be there soon all day, just to say oh well we will be there at 8pm if it’s not raining. Convenient because now storms are in the area 👍. UPDATE: 45 minutes past 8 no storms and no word from anyone that was supposed to be here 45 minutes ago…… FINAL UPDATE: After much back and forth with the “emergency hotline” I have found out it’s not the fault of the maintenance team on site or even the staff on site, it’s the call center for when the office is closed.
