So, I've used Furnished Finder, Avail, and Nomad. I started doing short-term, furnished rentals. The turnover was an absolute headache. I switched to Avail to do one-year leases. My first two tenants were not ideal, and I wound up having to take one to court. I was debating between selling my home and trying something new.
