Beware of NOLITA group! If you’re still for some reason looking for a broker post-FARE act, at least look for a broker that’s honest enough to not scrub negative reviews of their brokerage. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Lily Admoni of Nolita group when renting in 2024. While pleasant at first, as soon as I signed the lease, she became completely unresponsible for all problems that had to do with the apartment I was renting. I was made many many promises during the lease signing promise that said all components of my apartment would be ready during move-in, and that she would continue working closely with the landlord to make sure everything was finished just right. Was trying to rent an apartment last year and Bar would respond once every 3 days to my requests for a viewing. Then eventually he ghosted me all together and didn’t even have the decency to inform me that the unit was rented. I don’t care what his broker rating is, unprofessional regardless.
