Nolen Grand Apartments

Sandi Waltz and her entire staff are very professional, courteous and compassionate to their residents here at Grand Nolen . I have live in 3 other apartment facilities and Sandi and her staff have demonstrated the most positive attitudes I have interacted with as a Senior Tenant.

I love nolen Grand Apartment and the employees here. I just recieved a free carpet cleaning for renewing my lease & my carpet looks great and I love it.

Definitely a great experience. Apartment was in emaculentt consideration. Very quiet community. Great eminties in the complex.. Everyone in the office was were awesome.

Myself and mom called 3x to speak to someone about fixing her door due to paramedics had to break in to get to her, left messages with staff and no one ever returned a call. It wasn’t until she returned home on 8/14 and placed a call to speak to manager (Stacy). She was told she didn’t know what the door looked like & told by a ofc person it would cost $2400 to replace which is the reason she was trying to see why would it cost such astronimical amount and no one even had knowledge of what the door looked like other than maintenance, but then after speaking to Stacy the cost went down to approximately $19, again we’re assuming the cos to replace the frame and maybe buffing, sanding & repaint. Also inquired about reviewing her lease online which wasn’t there but an old one is. Questio

I just received my keys. my apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are nice and clean. The office staff have treated me with lot of respect.
