The agent Kenneth never showed up for the appointment he set with us and wasted our time. We called in their number next day and God I wish I didn’t, because the lady in charge talks crap and covers up for his agents faults.

my washer machine broke in May. I asked them every week for updates. In august, they brought me a machine that had been sitting in a vacant, warm apartment elsewhere in new orleans. the machine has mold and mildew. i am trying to get them to remove the biohazard machine and replace it with a working one.

I didn’t really want to write this review, however after waiting six months after hurricane IDA for repairs (and still waiting) I feel I must speak up. Nola property management manages our condominium association. We as an association had some pretty big losses and had to come up with about 50k split between all condo owners to cover the deductible. Fast forward about four months after the storm do we get any information on what the plan is. Last week they finally began to do (some) roof work, only to find out it was the wrong singles. To top it off the packaging on the shingles day “factory rejects”. To say the least some condo owners are fuming, and are talking attorney’s.
