Nokota Ridge Apartments - Williston, ND

all the negative reviews you see about this place are true...... its hell here. just look at the pic of the garbage can. this is how people that live here are. disgusting. the other half of the garbage can is completely empty, people here are just too lazy to open it. and this is a good day. usually its a lot worse with furniture on the side for months. i will upload more photos as more trash comes, so you can choose to not live here.

Absolute worst management you will ever find. They DO NOT CARE about the residents here. You have been warned!

There is never a manager on duty, in office or when you call, so you can't get anything fixed if they don't answer you. Plus on several sites they tell you that the price for a 3 bedroom apartment is $925, but in all actuality it's $1,125 a month. While the apartments are nice and look good, the management has left a lot to be desired. I haven't seen a maintenance man since we got here.

Son has been there renting for 3 years and gets a notice to vacate in 30 days. Never late on rent. The apartment they gave him wasn't cleaned when he moved in. We have all the pictures and his move in with them admitting they didn't do any maintenance work before they let him move in. He's put in several work orders and they don't fix anything. Don't move there.

Three stars where given just for the fact that we liked the townhome styled houses. But the two years we stayed there the complex went through 3 managers before finding a 4th who wasn’t scared off by corporate/ the amount of work that needed to be done. There is so much maintenance work that needs to be done, if you plan on receiving the security deposit back at the end of your stay, don’t count on it. The apartments did not have security cameras anywhere, resulting in the (EMPTY) apartment below us getting broke into twice, and break ins in other apartments around as well. We met one lovely resident/ family that has been there since the beginning, but as far as the environment if you have children, this is not a place you want to be at. Between drug busts, and break ins, I would search el
