The community is great, the staff are so helpful i have been living in this community more than a year . The maintenance requests will be resolved within 1-2 busniess days. Easy commutable to downtown , airport by transit bus and train

Still no change to the parking issues. Either management doesn’t care, or the causers don’t care. Towing needs to be enforced. *Previous Review - 1 star* Parking is horrible and people take multiple spots making it hard for residents to park. Update: Parking spots are already unevenly spaced, but people with big trucks are obnoxious and intentionally double park. Being a little over the line I can understand but don't be rude and park on the middle line of two spots. PEOPLE DOUBLE PARKING SHOULD BE TOWED!

Beware!!! Stay away from these apartments and save yourself few hundreds of dollars on moving out. I stayed in an apartment in this community for 23 months. 2 weeks after moving out I got a bill of $404.75 after deducting my $300 security deposit, which had cleaning charges and carpet replacement charges. After talking to the office staff (don’t want to mention the person’s name), she told me that they change the carpet after every tenant. This is the standard they as a management company have set, and they expect you to pay the charges after moving out, which is nowhere mentioned in the 36 pages lease and which I did not sign up for. When I asked what were the damages on the carpet, they started mentioning that according to the contractor the carpet had to be changed. As per the images b

Laura was kind and professional, and the complex is clean, quiet, family-friendly, and in a great location close to services and the airport. Highly recommended!
