Noble on Newberry

Since the new management took over, the quality of living in this community has noticeably declined. I intentionally waited several months before writing this review, hoping to see improvements. Unfortunately, after more than three months, the situation has not improved. Many of the amenities we were promised either don’t work or remain unavailable. The pool, grills, and even the coffee machine have been out of service for extended periods. We’ve repeatedly been told that repairs are “in progress,” but it’s unclear why replacing or fixing basic equipment takes this long. Maintenance and cleanliness have also become serious concerns. Here's a breakdown: Move-In Process: The response time was incredibly fast. We were overseas when securing this place, and the staff—specifically Mariana—helped make everything quick and seamless online. Her professionalism and efficiency were impressive. Price & Quality: You can’t beat the price for the quality of the build and amenities. The apartments are well-made and energy-efficient, with new appliances that have helped keep utility bills low (around $100/month for a 2-bedroom, even in the hottest Florida months). I don't live here but I could tell you that this place is clean (my friend who live there told me that they clean the common areas, including passageways to the apartments almost every day), can rent office spaces (not expensive), have things to do- pool, huge gym with everything you need, arcade, pool tables, walking paths etc. Aldi (grocery) next door. Cockroach, flies, pest!! Yes the pool is nice (and occasionally cleaned in the summer time) and yes the gym is nice but the actual apartment and the rest of the facilities needs attention!! I moved here asking for a unit with less noise and the property manager at the time told me the unit next to the trash receptacle would be the best cause it shared fewer walls with neighbors 😡 after moving in the sound of trash being hurled and moved around by valet at odd hours it’s so loud that it can be heard through my entire apartment. The walls are thin and cheaply built. Now that same receptacle is attracting pest because it’s not being cleaned properly. I've been living here for a few months now and have really enjoyed the apartment. The rates are fair, the apartments are modern and have wonderful amenities. The assistant manager has been very helpful during the move in process and even came after hours to turn in the keys. The facilities are always kept clean. Jennifer always has a smile on her face when I see her in the hallways. I recommend Noble on Newberry to anyone looking for a modern, well maintained apartment complex.
