Nob Hill Apartments

I was a tenant for 10 months back in 2021. Absolutely horrific. And it clearly hasn’t changed. I’m sorry people had to DIE for you all to finally get in trouble for what you keep trying to get away with. Photos are from when I lived there.

Since the Destra management team has taken over I have seen a noticeable improvement in how this complex has been maintained they’ve been proactive about fixing long standing issues, including repairs to older parts of the buildings, fixing and maintaining the laundry machines, and taking care of outside work such as filling potholes and paving. Beyond this, the management team has been kind, respectful, and compassionate in how they respond to problems and concerns.

No hot water for two weeks. My license plate got stolen. Broken elevators. Bugs. Packages stolen. Dog shit/piss in the elevator. Unprofessional office staff. Gave us the wrong keys when we moved in. Half the outlets don't work in our kitchen. Cars broken into. Dark hallways with broken lights. No maintenance. Shit in the hallway. Shit in the stairwells. Frequent power outages. Blood trails in the stairwells. No front door handle. Micheal the custodian is the nicest person ever. Still, do not move here!!!!! We're on the news all the time, now city is suing the complex. Worst apartment experience ever!

In the eight months, I've lived here. I've gone three months without heat and the management did not care. Neither did maintenance. They don't repair the elevators the one that's damaged and the one that's not working or doors that are shattered or missing handles to get in the building. They just kept clearing out my maintenance request now April 1, 2025. We haven't had hot water in four days. The water runs brown off and on The potholes on the property damage cars cars get stolen frequently and management does not care.

Do NOT live at Nobhill Apartment due to their severe mismanagement and unethical accounting practices. Over two years ago, I wrote a rent check for $1329, but due to their error, they only cashed $13.29. As soon as I noticed this, I immediately transferred the remaining balance through my bank to correct the issue. However, Nobhill refuses to acknowledge this payment and has been falsely claiming that I still owe money. For the past two years, I have repeatedly contacted their management, including their parent company, Mayfair Management Group, providing clear bank statements and proof of payment. They always dismiss my concerns, saying they will “look into it,” but they never provide any investigation results. Instead, they continue to demand payment for a debt that does not exist whil
