I’ve never had a harder time dealing with a group of people. Never at the office during hours, not responding to emails or calls. I’ve been in this house for half a month with a non working dryer. Not responding to realtors, or tenants. I want to contact the landlords myself. it shouldn’t be a big deal to make assessments and repair issues. It’s honestly laughable. Do your job, or move on.

We had a great experience renting our townhome out in Frederick with NOAH. We worked with Greg through the entire process; he was thorough, organized, and made communication clear and concise as we transitioned a new family into our home. Highly recommend him and this agency if you are looking to rent or manage a rental property in Fredrick.

Could work on communicating bills that are due better (was their responsibility as stated to us at tenants of one of the properties they managed) so we wouldn’t fall behind on paying them and get our water shut off without notice. We had to scramble and send emails and make calls that disrupted our schedule to get the water up and running to continue with the work week. They also contract unreliable people at times to do work on the house that later contractors say have done a horrible job that resulted in further issues we needed more work done for. One such case was when our dryer was smelling burnt and it turned out the people who installed the appliance (sent by Noah’s) did it wrong in a dangerous way.
