The office staff was extremely welcoming and professional! Everyone had such positive attitudes which is refreshing compared to some other places. The apartments are much nicer than I expected, and the approval process was smooth and fast. I was approved on the spot! Highly recommend. Thanks the the sweet office staff Bryan, Shayna & Summer.

Shayna as well Sumner were extremely welcoming and very informative. The process which is out of there control but they’re attentiveness and great customer service made the process more bearable highly recommend working with these ladies if you want accuracy and transparency!

Excellent customer service! The team made the entire process smooth and easy, clearly communicating what I was eligible for every step of the way. I'm not sure yet if I was approved, but I truly appreciated how gracefully and efficiently everything was handled through this office.

I have been living here for about two years. I love my apartment, the rent is very reasonable and the staff is super supportive and friendly. They are always willing to help and be of any kind of assistance when you need their services. The maintenance man are always on top of coming through with work orders as quickly as possible as well. I love my girls Shay and Sumner, they are truly a blessing. They have made my stay here very special. The manager Bryan is also nice too. If you’re looking for a nice and affordable home with friendly service this is definitely the place!

Just want to say that I haven’t moved in yet and I move in tomorrow on Tuesday, December 9! I have to say that I’ve been working with Shay and she has been such a delight to work with! She’s made this process very easy and she’s very knowledgeable! I’m so happy to become a resident of Nissan Golden Gate thanks to Shay’s amazing customer service.
