Ninth Avenue Apartments

Haley made my move so easy! She was very informative and explained things very clearly. Nice apartments, super friendly employees and any message/questions I’ve sent have been responded to quickly. They even helped me get my cat out from behind the washer (she was stressed out). I was embarrassed to ask for help but in no way did they make it feel like an inconvenience and maintenance arrived quickly to save the day.

We recently just moved in and we love it here! Everyone is super nice. The office and maintenance help keep everything clean and fixed up for everyone! Very nice people!

I have lived here for 3 months now and it’s truly the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The staff truly enjoy their jobs and love helping people. Brian is the maintenance man and he always goes above and beyond and is so kind! He’s always here within an hour after I submit a request and thoroughly inspects whatever the problem is and fixes it along with anything else he notices while here. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

Haley helped us with the paperwork and move in process. She made it so fast and easy. We absolutely love living here. We have no negative experiences. It is a safe neighborhood, we walk with our kids at night. When there is any issue it is quickly resolved. We have no regrets.

maintenance team is awesome. very friendly. found another cat friend! service was fast as well. i did not get his name but he was a kind man.
