Ninth Ave Apartments

I lived in the Ninth Ave Apartments for a year and enjoyed my time there. The building was quiet and felt pretty safe. I appreciated the professional attitude that Brad brought when he showed me the unit and did my move-in paperwork, it gave a great impression of the company. My only issue was slow snow and ice removal in the Winter months, but hey, we’re in Minnesota. I would have stayed longer but had the opportunity to live somewhere else rent free.

I scheduled an appointment to see the place, drove for 45 mins but no one was there, they didn’t even bother with an email or a phone call. So unprofessional. Don’t waste your time driving to that location.
