Nine10 at Land Place

I have been here for 2 years now and love the building and location. It's close to both Water Street and Brady, and there is always parking for guests. Maintenance is nice and management is always responsive. Plan to renew for a 3rd term.

Booked a tour with Andrea and she never showed up and did not communicate that she wouldn’t be able to make it after I texted her upon arrival. From what I saw, the amenities are not that great - smallest gym I’ve ever seen which leads into their also, tiny community room. I can imagine it would be noisy and inconvenient when working in the community room hearing people workout next door and there’s no separation! Would not want to pay almost $1800 a month for that. If management doesn’t even show up for potential renters & tours I can’t even imagine what it’s like being a resident and trying to get a hold of someone for maintenance or any type of issue/concern.

WARNING: This apartment seems like it’s in a great neighborhood but it’s not safe at all. We lived here for a year and had numerous car break ins on repeat, homeless people smoking/drinking/ and eating in our entry way nightly, many packages stolen, and maintenance coming into our apartment without any warning. If you’re a women or have a child I would highly recommend not living here because you will be scared every single night just trying to get into your home. There’s no security or cameras or anything to help keep you safe and nothing is ever done on behalf of the apartment building to help make it better. I would hate for someone else to have to go through this which is why I share.

🚩❌ If you are looking for a safe place to live I would not suggest living in this building. It seems like a safe neighborhood but it is NOT. Coupled with the management in place makes for a horrible living experience. Half of the days we have lived here there are cars broken into directly outside of the building. Including our own car over 3 times. $1,500 in damages to repair our car in the time we lived there. Plus the building doesn’t have cameras? Seems weird as I feel like in this day and age cameras are a minimum level of security. Theres also a lot of homeless people that like to sleep in the lobby. You would feel bad for them until you literally can’t enter your residence because of them. Horrible for women and younger kids!!Frequently after they sleep in the building it smells like

Great space and city leaving! Management is responsive and helpful. No complaints.
