They consistently refuse to make proper repairs and instead do the absolute bare minimum, if they respond at all. Our apartment has had rodent and roach infestations, which have been reported repeatedly with no meaningful resolution. This is especially disturbing because I have children, and these conditions are completely unacceptable and unsafe for a family. Our microwave has been broken since September 2024 and has never been repaired or replaced. Our refrigerator broke in December, right before Christmas, and as of January 26th, it still has not been fixed. We are repeatedly told that “a vendor will reach out,” yet no

They refused to give me the keys to my unit after I have paid 1 month rent + security deposit. Look up the units they manage and don’t rent from them. It’s only a matter of time till the company shuts down given the amount of lawsuits against them.

Always double-check your statements. • Superintendents Are Useless: They are unhelpful, dismissive, and will tell you they’re “off the clock” when you need assistance. Don’t expect them to ever show up the next day either. • Terrible Customer Service: If you call the office, be ready to stay on hold forever. They create tickets but never follow up—you’ll be the one chasing them every single time. Communication is basically nonexistent. • Broken Facilities: Doors don’t work, the Butterfly intercom system
