Ever since I moved into my apartment three years ago, I have had the on site manager sneak up the drivers side of my car looking inside my car the whole time asking me where I am going, coming into the tiny laundry room while I am doing laundry to ‘talk’ to me and have the nerve to get mad at me for telling him how uncomfortable I feel with him standing in the doorway while forcing a conversation from me, stand right outside my apartment door listening, yell at me for not saying hello to him and somehow collecting my mail for days before leaving it at my doorstep. This man has been knocking at my door to have conversations with me and if I don’t answer he will continue to knock and stand there listening. My experience was positive. I moved from "luxury" apartment in downtown and it was the worst experience ever. From that experience to dealing with Nelson, it's day and night. I'm happy where I live now, and maintenance gets back to asap.

She was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude in her communication.
